yesterday while walking on the Santa Monica Promenade, 

this hipppie looking beauty suddenly caught my eye...

the woman of the store said she would only hold this for 30 mins  since it was the very last one and the rest had sold very fast. i spent 10 mins thinking about weather to take it home with me or let it find a new owner, then i quickly rushed back to the store with my friend and swiped it back up! i swear i had the biggest smile on yesterday walking amongst all the long legged tanned beauties with their purse dogs and equally tanned man lovers :)

its cozy, amazing fit, colorful to my standards, worth every penny and is favorite purchase of the summer!

and i am so happy

not faking it?

you've probably seen this picture in tabs or ads somewhere saying "real or fake? you decide!" or "photoshopped wonders" whatever the case, i saw it and after finding out that the photo was totally normal and only the building was a mindblowing work of art, i chose to look at it from a semi artistic viewpoint rather than a judging disbeliever of artistic masterpieces

my opinion of the photos of this one of a kind "urban surrealism project" is that it is truly magnificent and totally INSANE! the weirdness and lack of structure/form of the building are probably the characteristics that entice people the most and give it a truly one of a kind look and feel of a seriously messed up looking building!

Sweet but Sad

i just found out the story of this tattoo…

A case in point is Beth Loster, 24, a San Francisco writer and waitress who was a student at UC Berkeley when she met a young man who said, “Hey, we have tattoos in the same font.”

The text of her tattoo - “clad in the panoply of love” - came from “Science & Health” by Mary Baker Eddy. “I like the way the written word looks on the body,” she said. “And that phrase made me feel safe.” His tattoo, also in a “typewriter” typeface, was in Latin. (She can’t recall the translation.)

The text of Loster’s next tattoo was written by that young man, who had become her boyfriend. Before leaving for South America, where he was going to study, he left a note on her refrigerator that began, “this is on account of my loving you forever.” That phrase - in the form of a tattoo - offered her comfort when he was killed in a car accident in Brazil.

his other noteworthy preformances you should really see: 

Stop-Loss, Brick, Mysterious Skin and Inception.

He's adorable. He holds his own in both indie films and big blockbusters like Inception too. and he just seems like a sweet boyfriend type-yay for sweet boyfriend types!
