These final ones were done this year. The first three were part of a project we had to do that showed one object being represented in different ways, textures and overall styles. I chose to use my dads old brass emergency hammers you keep in your car in case something happens...like you know, locking yourself out, fixing a broken knob in the car..or just plain old emergencies?
Anyway the next one was supposed to make up for the Prismactic Paper Bag that was not supposed to be colored but only done in ebony in a black and white style. I think i made up for that one pretty well if i do say so myself :)
After that, theres the little jellfish i played around with using watercolors & india ink.

FINALLY. This was a piece done for a Photo Realism project in late December of last year. All of my friends including me, were proud of my work. I had never done something so close to painting a photo that actually resembled the photo! Please give me your thoughts and tell me what you think so far...
and so i included the real picture of my sunglasses on the dashboard of my car :)
(i did have to tone down the purples and pinks that appeared in the lenses later when i painted it though )
